Aid Management System

The path a request for help takes, from the person who made it to the record that it was met.

Purpose

What this system is for

Aid management is the platform's contact surface with affected people. It receives requests, verifies them proportionately, and tracks distribution through to confirmed receipt — closing the loop rather than ending at despatch.

Verification is designed to be proportionate. A request for drinking water should not carry the same evidentiary burden as a request for a high-value asset, and the system grades its checks accordingly rather than applying one rule to everything.

Air ambulance requests enter through this system, triggering the dispatch process and notifying every relevant stakeholder in a single action.

Dependencies

Where it sits in the chain

No system on the platform is self-contained. This one both consumes and produces — which is why interoperability is treated as a platform property rather than a feature of one component.
