How this website and the RISE programme handle personal information.

Scope
This notice covers www.rise.cad.care. Personal and clinical data processed within deployed instances of the platform is governed by the data processing agreement between Cad Care Aid Foundation and the deploying organisation, and by the applicable law of the deployment jurisdiction.
What this site collects
This site is a static publication. It does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not profile visitors. Where you contact us by email, we hold what you send us for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the enquiry.
Platform data
Within deployed instances, the platform processes personal, location and clinical data. Retention schedules are enforced by the system, residency is configured per jurisdiction, and consent is captured and enforced as a first-class event.
Your rights
Rights of access, correction, erasure and objection apply as provided by the law applicable to you — including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and, where applicable, the GDPR. Requests should be sent to the address below.
