Within the system
Aid Request Portal is module 4.1 of Aid Management System, which the path a request for help takes, from the person who made it to the record that it was met.
Aid management is the platform's contact surface with affected people. It receives requests, verifies them proportionately, and tracks distribution through to confirmed receipt — closing the loop rather than ending at despatch.
