Within the system
Audit Trails is module 7.2 of Accountability and Transparency System, which makes the response answerable — to donors, to regulators, and above all to the people it served.
Donors and the public increasingly expect to see where funds and resources went. This system records platform activity in a form that can be audited afterwards, with blockchain verification for the records where tamper-evidence matters most.
