Where the programme sits
Cad Care Aid Foundation is a non-profit organisation in association with Cad Care Inc USA, promoting preventive and community health care services across India through ABHM — the Ayushman Bharat Health Mission, the Government of India initiative for digital health profiles.
The School Health Care Programme is the component of that mission addressing the school-age population. The RISE programme is described in the proposal as essential and as compliance with it — which places the Emergency Health Profile inside a national framework rather than alongside one.
- Lifetime-valid digital health profile with digital health card for the entire school population — students and staff.
- Equitable access, individualised care coordination and quality health care assessment across diverse communities.
- A central access point for working with local volunteers, and medical and para-medical staff.
- Community health screening and a Hospital Information Management System, ICD-10 and FHIR compliant.
- Supply chain management and medical healthcare support services delivered through IT-enabled services.
Compliance posture
The same discipline applies here as everywhere else on this site. ABHM alignment is a design commitment; ABDM milestone certification is earned through a defined external process and is recorded as committed rather than achieved.
The distinction is not pedantry. A school chairperson approving a programme for their students is entitled to know exactly which claims are certified and which are intended.
