The parent architecture
CAD CARE's Integrated Health Interoperable Platform is built to international standards — HL7 FHIR R4, with ICD-10-CM/PCS, SNOMED CT, LOINC, ATC classification and a DICOM viewer — providing data-driven disease diagnostics, statistics and logistics for healthcare receivers, providers and researchers, across communicable and non-communicable disease.
It comprises five systems connecting two health environments, research and logistics. One of those five is the direct ancestor of this platform.

Why this matters commercially
A platform that appears from nowhere invites the question of whether anyone has built anything before. This one does not. The organisation describes twelve years of work on an integrated health information platform — four years of research and eight of development — and seven years of experience with FHIR R4.
It holds a framework agreement with NHS UK, has participated in discussions at the University of Pittsburgh, and reports engagement with the central government of India and the state governments of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Madhya Pradesh and Delhi.
The five pain points CAD CARE set out to address through IHIP — referral interoperability through vendor-neutral applications, standardisation of medical data, disease statistics driving medical logistics, AI for clinical decision support, and medical IoT for shared infrastructure — are recognisably the same problems IIDAMS addresses at emergency scale.
