Training and Support System

A platform nobody can operate under pressure is not a platform. This is how capability is built and held.

Purpose

What this system is for

Difficulty in understanding how to operate the system is named in the source analysis as the first entry barrier. Training is therefore treated as core platform functionality, not an afterthought to procurement.

Training is designed for the reality that many users will meet the platform for the first time during an emergency, having been surged in from another role.

Specialised modules cover interaction with the air ambulance system, where the cost of a misunderstanding is measured in flight safety.

Dependencies

Where it sits in the chain

No system on the platform is self-contained. This one both consumes and produces — which is why interoperability is treated as a platform property rather than a feature of one component.
