Notes
Points to be clear about
- Treating aircraft as ordinary tracked resources is what allows an allocation decision to weigh a helicopter against a road convoy on the same evidence.
- Operator-held assets appear in the register through partner integration, without requiring the operator to abandon their own fleet system.
