Notes
Points to be clear about
- Dispatch decisions are recommendations from the platform and commitments by a named person. The system never launches an aircraft.
- Every stage writes to the audit record, so post-event review can reconstruct not just what was decided but on what information.
- Where two requests compete for one asset, the priority rules are explicit and visible to both requesting parties rather than resolved invisibly.
